The Baby Steps program lays the foundation for a bright start: nurturing care and purposeful learning for toddlers age 1 and up. Our curriculum balances social, cognitive, and physical growth through intentional play and experienced teachers. That combination helps children build confidence and the early skills they need for a smooth move into preschool and beyond.

What age can my child start in Baby Steps?

Children may begin in Baby Steps starting at age 1, in a nurturing classroom designed for early development.

Do children need to be potty trained?

No. Potty training is not required for the Baby Steps program.

How does Baby Steps support early learning?

Our daily routine blends guided activities, social interaction, and play-based exploration to support cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.

What is the teacher-to-child approach in class?

Teachers provide close supervision and individualized support so each child receives attention during transitions, play, and learning activities.

Do you offer nap time?

All children staying for the full day are scheduled for rest time in accordance with State of NJ rules. Children are encouraged to nap, and if they do not sleep, they may rest quietly.

Are diapers and wipes provided?

Parents are asked to provide diapers and wipes for their children so we can meet each child’s individual needs promptly and safely.

Do you offer before and after school care?

Yes, before and after school sessions are available for registered students from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
